DECOUPAGE

Decoupage or découpage can best be described as decorating an object by gluing coloured paper, combined with items like gold leaf and paint. Each layer gets sealed with varnish and after several coats the result looks like a painting or inlay art. Typically items like small boxes are used and covered with paper cut-outs from magazines or from coloured paper.

Regular Workshops are held in order to give those interested in this art form the chance to work hands-on and be instructed by experts in the field. Contact us to make arrangements to attend the next workshop.

We also stock a wide range of materials and tools, see our Products page.

The images below are examples of what can be achieved working with découpage.
